Structural and architectural members including 4×4, 6×6, and custom cross-sections can be manufactured using Kebony®, Accoya®, or other specified wood species to meet project-specific structural and design requirements.

GrainCraft Systems operates a large-format industrial press capable of producing custom beams up to 22 feet in length. We manufacture structural and architectural members including 4x4, 6x6, and custom cross-sections using Kebony®, Accoya®, or other specified wood species.
Traditional charring process adapted for modern architectural use. We control burn depth, brushing, and sealing to achieve consistent color, texture, and durability without compromising modified wood performance. Suitable for exterior cladding and accent applications. Compatible with Kebony® and Accoya®.
We produce custom grooves and profiles for modern rainscreen and attachment systems, including profiles compatible with Grad Mini Rail. Dedicated machinery allows repeatable tolerances across long production runs and multiple wood species and manufacturers. We maintain long-length consistency across both modified and natural wood species.
Mechanical wire brushing enhances grain and definition while creating a tactile surface ideal for modern facades and applications. Additionally we apply penetrating oil finishes prior to installation or shipment, improving consistency, reducing jobsite labor and protecting material from day one. Compatible with CUTEK systems.
